The Welcome Manager at the Église Évangélique Baptiste d’Orléans (ÉÉBO) is a warm and attentive person, driven by the desire to reflect the love of Christ from the first contact. His mission is to welcome each visitor and member with kindness, to create a friendly and fraternal atmosphere, and to ensure that everyone feels expected, recognized, and safe within the community. Through a smile, a word of encouragement, or a simple attention, he prepares hearts to fully experience worship and receive the Word of God.

Beyond the Sunday welcome, he coordinates and trains a team of volunteers, organizes the distribution of roles, and ensures that everything runs smoothly and orderly. He ensures that newcomers are accompanied, families are guided, and special needs are met with availability and sensitivity. His service, marked by patience and a true spirit of hospitality, has a vital impact: it transforms entry into the church into an experience of brotherly love and helps make the ÉEBO an open and welcoming home for all.
