Dinslye Nicolas

The Praise and Worship Leader at Église Évangélique Baptiste d’Orléans(ÉÉBO) is a person called by God, passionate about His presence, and dedicated to serving the church. Their mission is to lead the congregation in a vibrant worship experience, where music, song, and prayer become a common language that lifts hearts to Christ.

His spiritual role

He remains close to God in order to lead the church in authentic worship inspired by the Holy Spirit. Through his spiritual sensitivity and preparation, he chooses songs that reflect the Word, encourage faith, and nourish fellowship.

His team role

The Worship Leader coordinates and supports a team of singers, musicians, and technicians. They plan rehearsals, prepare sheet music, organize rotations, and ensure that everyone feels valued. With a mentor's heart, they encourage their teammates to develop and use their gifts in service to God.

His practical work

- Prepare times of praise for each service, in harmony with the biblical message.

- Lead weekly rehearsals to ensure musical quality and unity.

- Collaborate with the multimedia team (sound, projection, instruments).

- Train and recruit new members to expand the team.
